Create a beautiful cover for a tissue box. This is a beginner-friendly project. The set includes one cutter for the top and one for the sides.
Use 8mm slabs and cut one top piece and four side pieces. Bevel the edges to join the pieces, and the dimensions come out correct to fit a standard Kleenex squarish tissue box. We use clay with 12% shrinkage.
Instructions are included.
The sides have a lot of room for decoration. I chose stripes, but the possibilities are endless.
The cover is not only decorative but practical, too, as the additional weight of the cover holds the box down to prevent that mildly annoying thing that happens when you try to pull out a tissue and the whole box comes up.

The die and cutter are 3D-printed using PLA filament. PLA is a plastic made from starch (not petrochemicals) and is compostable in industrial composters.
It is the same material used to make compostable eating utensils.

Care information
To clean, remove as much clay as possible. Let remaining clay dry completely. Soak in water and brush with soft-bristled brush. Not dishwasher safe.
