This die extrudes four handle shapes. Each shape is a "dogbone" shape, and there are four sizes: 15, 20, 25, and 25 mm wide. This die fits in NorthStar and TA Metal Works 4" square clay extruders.
There is also a blocker die that enables you to only extrude one shape. The blocker die is intended to be used on top of the handle die. The blocker die has a ridge that prevents clay from extruding out sideways.
Extrusion dimensions: Each extrusion has the same "dogbone" shape. The size of the extrusion varies from 15, 20, 25 and 30 mm. (Roughly 1/2" to 1").
Die Dimensions: The die is 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" and 1/4" thick.

Materials
The die and cutter are 3D-printed using PLA filament. PLA is a plastic made from starch (not petrochemicals) and is compostable in industrial composters.
It is the same material used to make compostable eating utensils.

Care information
To clean, remove as much clay as possible. Let remaining clay dry completely. Soak in water and brush with soft-bristled brush. Not dishwasher safe.
