This die extrudes a hollow oval shape. The die fits in NorthStar and TA Metal Works 4" square clay extruders.
Extrusion Dimensions: The long dimension of the oval is 4 1/4" on the outside. The short dimension is 2 1/4". The wall is 1/4" thick.
Die Dimensions: The die is 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" and 1" tall.

The die and cutter are 3D-printed using PLA filament. PLA is a plastic made from starch (not petrochemicals) and is compostable in industrial composters.
It is the same material used to make compostable eating utensils.

Care information
To clean, remove as much clay as possible. Let remaining clay dry completely. Soak in water and brush with soft-bristled brush. Not dishwasher safe.
