This die extrudes a D-shape. It could make a great wall sconce -- or whatever else you think of! The die fits in most 4" square wall-mounted clay extruders including: NorthStar, Bailey, TA Metal Works, and the Amazon generic model.
Extrusion Dimensions: The base is 3 1/8" wide, and the height of the "D" is 2 3/4". The walls are 1/4" thick.
Die Dimensions: The die is 4 3/4" x 4 1/4" and 1" tall.
Base Cutter: The corresponding cutter is optional. It can be useful to cut a base or lid that exactly matches the extruded shape. The cutter is 3/4" tall.

The die and cutter are 3D-printed using PLA filament. PLA is a plastic made from starch (not petrochemicals) and is compostable in industrial composters.
It is the same material used to make compostable eating utensils.

Care information
To clean, remove as much clay as possible. Let remaining clay dry completely. Soak in water and brush with soft-bristled brush. Not dishwasher safe.
