This die extrudes a gear or "spoked-wheel" shape. The inner shape is a smooth circle. It fits in 5" square Scott Creek clay extruders.
Extrusion Dimensions: The maximum diameter of the extruded shape is 3 3/4". The inner diameter is 2 1/2". The minimum wall thickness is ~3/8".
Die Dimensions: Overall dimensions are 5" square and 1" tall.
Base Cutter: The corresponding cutter is optional. It can be useful to cut a base that exactly matches the extruded shape. The cutter is 3/4" tall.

The die and cutter are 3D-printed using PLA filament. PLA is a plastic made from starch (not petrochemicals) and is compostable in industrial composters.
It is the same material used to make compostable eating utensils.

Care information
To clean, remove as much clay as possible. Let remaining clay dry completely. Soak in water and brush with soft-bristled brush. Not dishwasher safe.
