This die extrudes a fluted shape. The inner shape is a smooth circle. The die is compatible with 4" round Scott Creek clay extruders.
The inner diameter of the extrusion is 77mm (3"), and the maximum width of the outer shape is 92mm (3 1/2"). The minimum wall thickness is 4.6mm (~1/5").
Overall dimensions of the die are 4 1/2" in diameter and 1" tall.
The corresponding cutter is optional. It is useful to cut a base that exactly matches the extruded shape to make a vase or tumbler. The cutter is 3/4" tall.

The die and cutter are 3D-printed using PLA filament. PLA is a plastic made from starch (not petrochemicals) and is compostable in industrial composters.
It is the same material used to make compostable eating utensils.

Care information
To clean, remove as much clay as possible. Let remaining clay dry completely. Soak in water and brush with soft-bristled brush. Not dishwasher safe.
